Aerial Chains Jam

Join “Chains Jam” to practice material you learned in previous chains workshops. *Please refrain from teaching fellow students during a jam.* Coaches will be present, but there won’t be any formal instruction. You must have prior experience on chains. If you do not have prior experience, you must take a workshop before training on the apparatus. If you would like to hang your own equipment, it must be pre-approved via email.
